With our creation of My Ormeau (www.myormeau.com.au) we built a platform that gave the Northern Gold Coast a voice which makes local events far easier to promote and engage the community.
While the team at LJ Hooker Ormeau run over 18 events each year the crowd favourites are the Great Easter Egg Hunt, Off The Streets Halloween event and New Years Eve.
Each year we create the event branding and graphic design that links the annual events back to LJ Hooker Corporate branding styles. The subtle branded messages have proven to be far more effective than direct sales approaches and as a result they have been the highest property sellers for many years.
